VINE:
Selection of red grapes

VINEYARD:
Exposure: south

Ground: clave – sandy

Kind of plant breeding: counter espalier

Pruning: spurred cord. Planting density of 3,500 vines per hectare.

GRAPE HARVEST:
Manual harvesting from September to October.

VINIFICATION:
Fermentation with steel temperature controlled stainless and regular punching down. Aged in stainless steel and then in barrels for about 12 months.

FEATURES:
Ruby-coloured intense. Floral pink-pur- ple, raspberry macerated, pepper, liquorice, balsamic tannin lively and fairly soft.

COUPLING:
Red meat braised.
